Booking Cancellation Policy

All bookings made on our website are non-refundable.

You can change your booking dates up to 7 days before your check-in date. If you wish to do so, please email us with your booking details and the dates you would like to change to (subject to availability, which can be checked by searching dates on this website). You must obtain written confirmation from us with the amended booking details. An additional charge may be applicable if the new dates have a higher nightly rate.

If you need to cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, we will do our best to re-book the property with alternative guests. If the property is booked by alternative guests we will refund some or all of your booking, according to the length of the new booking. Unfortunately, if the property is not re-booked by alternative guests, we will not be able to issue a refund.
