Booking Your Stay
How do I book an apartment?
You can book directly through our website, or via select travel platforms. For the best rates, we always recommend booking direct. Simply input your dates and choose from the available apartments. Payment is required in full at checkout to secure your stay.
What's your cancellation policy?
Bookings on our website are non-refundable. However, you can change your dates up to seven days before your arrival date. For more information, view our bookings policy here.
Can I extend my stay?
Of course! As long as the dates are available, we’d be happy to extend your stay.
You can check availability using the search tool on this website, and book extra dates. If you do choose to extend your current stay, please contact us to ensure the housekeeping team are aware of the amended check-out date.
Can I stay for one night?
Unfortunately not, stays at Delabere are for two or more nights only.
Your Arrival & Departure
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in may be available on request; although we won’t be able to confirm this until the day of check-in.
How do I access the apartment?
Upon placing your booking, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email. 3 days prior to your check-in date, you’ll receive a further email with check-in instructions and all the information you need for a smooth arrival.
Is there parking on-site?
If you’re checking-in to a studio apartment (1-4 Delabere House), parking is available at Old Market Way Car Park (GL56 0JZ). This is located directly next to Delabere House and has very low daytime charges, free overnight parking, and EV chargers. Unfortunately, parking is not available onsite at Delabere House for the studio apartments.
If you’re checking-in to 5 Delabere House, there is one allocated parking space in the courtyard driveway at Delabere House. Additional parking can be found in Old Market Way Car Park.
Do the apartments have accessible entry or stairs?
All of the studio apartments (1-4 Delabere House) are located on the ground floor with no internal stairs.
1, 2, and 4 Delabere do not have outdoor steps to enter but the doorways are not entirely flush to the ground outside. 3 Delabere House has one external step up to the door.
5 Delabere House is located on the first floor and is accessed via an outdoor flight of stairs. The apartment has no indoor stairs to access the bedrooms, living area or shower room; however, there are steps up to a mezzanine loft space with desk and chair.
During Your Stay
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets as the apartments are not suitable.
Do you provide toiletries and hair dryers?
Yes, you’ll find hand and body wash from Fine Scottish Soaps in every bathroom and a hair dryer in each apartment.
Do you offer cleaning during our stay?
Your apartment will be prepared and sparkling clean by our professional team for your arrival.
We don’t arrange any mid-stay cleans. However, if you have a longer stay you are welcome to arrange cleans or linen changes directly with our cleaners. Please ask if you would like their contact details or rates, to arrange this.
Are any of the apartments interconnecting?
1 and 2 Delabere House are located at the front of Delabere House, sharing the blue front door and an entrance hall within. Therefore, whilst not directly interconnecting, their doors are opposite each other and can easily be shared by a group or two friends looking for their own space.
Do you have a travel cot?
Yes, we have a travel cot with mattress (please note, sheets and bedding are not provided). This is available on request, please let us know before your stay if you would like this.
Exploring the Area
How far are you from Moreton-in-Marsh station?
Just a 2-minute walk – ideal if you’re arriving by train from London or Oxford.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes! The property is just off the high street, with a great selection of pubs, cafés, and independent shops right on your doorstep. See our recommendations here.
What are some must-see places to visit?
You’re perfectly placed to explore the Cotswolds – Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Chipping Campden are all within a short drive.
A few of our favourites nearby include Daylesford Farmshop and the village of Kingham. Stop for a drink or cosy lunch at the Kingham Plough, if you do head there. For shopping, we love Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold.
And only a short walk from Delabere House, dinner at Bellini Italian is delicious. Make sure to book, as they are popular!
